Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Next Day Delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will ship via the USPS standard shipping delivery service. There will be an additional charge of $4.95 added at time of checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Real Cool Ideas ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Deliveries will be shipped through parcel post. Please note, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, sent to the same email address you entered when placing your order.

Customs, duties and taxes
Real Cool Ideas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Real Cool Ideas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not ship internationally outside of Canada. An additional charge of $9.95 added at time of checkout for shipment to Canada.
